INTEDO s.r.o., the operator of the website www.intedo.cz declares that all personal data are strictly confidential and are protected by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data. From 25 May 2018, Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, will replace the General Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data.  

DATA WE PROCESS

In order to be able to process your application for the workshop in accordance with the regulation of the European Parliament and Council (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) we need to provide your personal data: Name and surname, email, telephone number, billing address, or delivery address, if it is not the same as the billing address. 

When using the "Contact form" form, it is required to provide your email and telephone contact so that we can subsequently reply to you.

WHAT DO WE USE DATA FOR

The information provided is used for processing applications or communicating with visitors. Your personal data may also be processed by other entities (e.g. carriers...), but INTEDO s.r.o. will always remain their administrator.

ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR EDITING

After creating an application, you can change your data either by phone at +420 774 665 514, or via email info@intedo.cz

You have the right to ask the administrator for access to your personal data, the right to their correction, erasure or restriction of their processing, as well as the right to object to their processing and the right to their portability.

HOW LONG IS INFORMATION KEPT

Your personal data will be stored and processed for the period required by law (especially private law and tax regulations) and for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing in accordance with the processing of your order.

All personal data provided with your consent are kept by us for a period of 3 years. After that, they are either deleted from our database or, in the case of your consent, extended for the following 3 years. You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data for the given purpose at any time. This does not affect the legality of the processing before such withdrawal of consent.

RECAPITULATION OF THE RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

  • request access to personal data that we process under the terms of Article 15 of the Regulation
  • request correction of inaccuracies in processed personal data under the conditions specified in Art. 16 of the regulation
  • request deletion of personal data under the terms of Article 17 of the Regulation
  • request restriction of personal data processing under the terms of Article 18 of the Regulation
  • obtain the personal data we process in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transfer them to another controller under the terms of Article 20 of the Regulation
  • raise an objection to the processing of personal data under the terms of Article 21 of the Regulation
  • file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection under the terms of Article 77 of the Regulation
