At the itSMF Czech Republic conference “The Power of Change” (28–29 January 2026), INTEDO, in cooperation with OpenText, will be preparing a complementary program focused on practical demonstrations of modern service management. Our goal is to show visitors how change can work in practice—through live demonstrations of ITSM and ESM solutions, concrete process scenarios, real-life examples from day-to-day operations, and the use of artificial intelligence.

 

As part of the complementary program, we will focus on practical demonstrations of ITSM processes, presenting how they operate in real environments. We will show how processes such as incident, request, and change management can be effectively managed, and how well-designed processes can deliver real value to organizations and their users.

We will also introduce selected Enterprise Service Management (ESM) processes and their application beyond the traditional IT environment. Visitors can look forward to process demonstrations from areas such as transportation, car rental services, and reservation systems, illustrating how ITSM principles can be successfully applied across the entire organization.

The demonstrations will also include the use of artificial intelligence and working with materials and requirements arising from NIS2. In addition, we are preparing a quiz competition with attractive prizes, offering space not only for fun but also for informal meetings and discussions with our specialists.
