IT Consultant

• Expert knowledge of ITSM processes

• The ability to perceive the customer's needs for the implementation of the proposed solution
• Experience with the implementation of ITSM processes
• Interest in learning about the latest technologies and trends
• Ability to take responsibility for the progress and completion of projects
• Knowledge of Software Asset Management is an advantage
• English at a communicative level

Solution architect

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team who can design solution architecture, implement integration of various SW systems. If you are also willing to conduct technical consultations and provide professional advice, we would be happy to meet you.  

We are looking for a colleague who:  

• Works effectively in a team and can lead technical teams
• Writes and speaks in Czech and English
• Has an ability to solve problems independently and proactively come up with innovative ideas

The applicant should have technical knowledge and experience with: 

• OpenText, SAP, Microsoft and similar technologies
• Opensource technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL
• Preferably has a university degree in computer science
• Modeling tools Enterprise Architect, MS Visio, Lucidchart using BPMN, Archimate, UML

The position is also suitable for graduates, if you are interested, we will be happy to train you.

Infrastructure Consultant

We're opening a position for an Infrastructure Consultant who is proficient in virtualization, containerization, network technologies, and system administration. If you enjoy designing and optimizing infrastructure, and tackling challenges in scalable and secure environments, you're the perfect fit for the INTEDO team! 

We are looking for a colleague who has:  

• Knowledge in IT infrastructure
• Proactive approach and creativity in solving independent tasks
• Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and isn't afraid to tackle complex problems 
• English and Czech language proficiency to read documentation, write emails, and potentially present their work in Czech and English

Technical knowledge and some experience with:

• Virtualization & Containers: Specifically, understanding how virtualization platforms work (e.g., vSphere, Hyper-V, Proxmox, KVM), containerization, and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
• Networking & Security: Knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), firewalling, and load balancing (HAProxy, Traefik, Nginx, MetalLB)
• Operating Systems: Advanced knowledge of Linux, Windows Server administration, and deployment/configuration automation (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Bash)
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Experience with monitoring, logging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting network and system issues
